1) The Club recently began its new 2011-2012 membership year on July 1st. As a Houston-area University of Illinois alum (UIUC, UIC or UIS), if you haven't already joined or renewed with the club please complete http://houstonilliniclub.com/renew.html, then send in your dues to UIAC of Houston, P.O. Box 542314, Houston, TX 77254. Illini who are eligible for dues exemption (those who graduated less than three years or more than 50 years ago) must still complete the on-line renewal form.

Our group, the University of Illinois Alumni Club of Houston (or the Houston Illini Club) has dedicated this site to keeping our members and fellow Illini informed of the activities of the organization.  We are open for membership to all of the over 3,600 University of Illinois alumni in the Houston Metropolitan area.  Our purpose is to:

• Unite our members based upon our common Illinois heritage;

• Serve as a positive force in the Houston community;

• Provide scholarships to local area high school students who choose to attend the University of Illinois ($10 of each member's annual dues goes towards the club's scholarship fund).

If you currently reside in the Houston area, and are a graduate of the University of Illinois (UIUC, UIC or UIS) please join the UIAC of Houston club.  If you are a former member please renew your membership.  If you are already a member, please remember to keep us updated concerning changes to your contact information - especially your E-Mail address!
